Priscilla Mullins

Priscilla came to America on the Mayflower in 1620.  She survived  illness and starvation and helped found Plymouth Colony.  She participated in the first Thanksgiving.

Anna Mary Kersallens

Anna was an indentured servant in Philadelphia in the 1770's.  She experienced the uncertain times before and during the Revolutionary War.

Sarah Dodge Morris

Sarah and her family came to the new state of Missouri in the 1820's as missionaries to the Osage Indians.

Narcissa Whitman

Narcissa was the first white woman on the Oregon Trail and a missionary to the Cayuse Indians in Oregon Territory in the 1830's and 1840's.  She lived a tragic life.

Mary Lobb

Mary and her family settled in Jackson County, Missouri in 1830 as pioneers.  She also experienced the Border Wars before the Civil War.

Rebecca Hawkins
